Rules & Agreement
- Vendors must sell only handmade, homemade, or hand-crafted items as described in this application.
- Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays unless otherwise arranged with park staff.
- Vendors must arrive and be fully set up by the time communicated in their confirmation email; booths not claimed by that time may be reassigned.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable Virginia sales tax.
- Vendors must keep their booth space clean and remove all trash, boxes, and materials at the end of the event.
- Washington County Park & Campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for weather-related cancellations.
- By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to release and hold harmless Washington County Park & Campground, the Washington County VA Park Authority, and its staff and volunteers from any claims, injury, or loss arising from participation in this event.
